Townsville Sailing Club Governance

Townsville Sailing Club Inc. is governed by our club constitution (Rules of TSC). Under the constitution, our seven person Management Committee is elected at each Annual General Meeting. The Management Committee directs the club operations, and meets (at a minimum) monthly to review club operations.

The Management Committee develops and maintains Policies, Procedures and Plans to guide club operations. Latest versions of relevant Policies, Procedures and Plans are provided on this page (refer below).
