The day will include:
 Powerboat safety and practical driving skills
 Use of VHF radios
 Setting a race course/wind awareness
 Racing rules
 Volunteering roles within the club
 Sailing, of course!
 Lunch will be provided
 Finish the day with a social Sunday BBQ

This is a free event sponsored by Australian Sailing #ShesailsQLD, Queensland Government and Townsville Sailing Club to promote and support female participation in all aspects of sailing.
Open to all sailors, family, and friends that would like to be more involved with the sport in 2019. Minimum age to participate: 14 years, limited spaces.
