MAST (Monday After School Training)
Come down to the club on Monday afternoons after school and join the fitness on the beach session at 3:30 pm, then head out on to the water by 4:30 pm for sailing in the Townsville afternoon.

Open to all classes and ages.
Cost: Minimal Cost.
